stress; trauma and health issues.

We have a thorough recruitment and

We make all policies and procedures
available on an intranet and through
managers of all departments.
Employees are taken through a
six-week familiarisation programme
which includes the reviewing of all
policies and procedures. Our
Department oversees the initial
two-day induction programme,
following which the line manager
leads the remainder of the six-week
programme.
