We understand that balancing the demands of professional and family life isn’t always easy. We therefore run an Employee Wellbeing Programme. This service is entirely confidential and is available to staff and all members of their households. The programme is accessible 24 hours a day, and offers guidance in many areas, including: financial advice; legal advice; relationships; family matters; substance abuse; work; stress; trauma and health issues.

We have a thorough recruitment and selection process which includes the following: panel interviews; applications forms; indemnity forms for background checks; professional references and in certain instances, psychometric assessments.

We make all policies and procedures available on an intranet and through managers of all departments. Employees are taken through a six-week familiarisation programme which includes the reviewing of all policies and procedures. Our Department oversees the initial two-day induction programme, following which the line manager leads the remainder of the six-week programme.
